The 2024 vintage left deep memories with their viticulture team. Everything that could happen happened: the risk of frost in the spring, the early summer rains that brought a serious downy mildew threat – and after all this, a very hot, dry and long summer that accelerated ripening. The key factor was to follow the ripening cycle of each variety to choose the optimal picking time.
The grapes are immediately cold-pressed on arrival. Fermention is at low temperature, using a cold-resistant yeast strain in stainless steel tanks to maximize fruit character. Aged for 3 months, in stainless steel only.
