Pinot Noir 2020, Lyme Bay
Region: Axminster, Devon

Food Pairing: A great accompaniment to lamb dishes.
Founded more than 30 years ago in the sleepy green hills of East Devon, you’ll find Lyme Bay Winery just outside Axminster, near the historic and medieval Shute estate.
In this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a stone’s throw away from the Jurassic coast, over the last three decades, they’ve been quietly conserving the best of English wine and mead-making tradition.
They have established quite a name for themselves, and are now the largest mead and fruit wine maker in the UK.
