Tasting Notes: Full of captivating flavours of exotic tropical and stone fruits with a hint of Turkish delight develop on the palate. The tropical fruits are well balanced with a dry acidity, candied fruit and mineral nuances.
Food Pairing: A perfect match for Asian cuisine including stir-fry with chilli and fragrant herbs, as well as apple tart and strong blue cheeses.
The Alsace region is a thin strip of steep hillside vineyards is located in northeast France. Jean-Baptiste and his daughters Laure, Pauline and Marie are the 14th generation of Adams taking this winery into 400 years of age. Their progressive stewardship has seen the introduction of biodynamic principals and a ‘non-interventionist’ regime in the cellar (a natural process of slow pressing, wild fermentations and no filtration) that ensures wonderfully expressive, clean and complex wines.
