This cuvee comes from four parcels located on different terrois which compliment each other in the blend (rolled pebbles for power; sands for freshness & acidity; red clay for structure & body; and sandy-limestone hillside for finesse)
A dark hue with purple reflections. Powerful and multi-layered from old vines, full of smoke and velvet, crushed black cherry and Kirsch.
