Grape : 70% Madeleine Angevine, 20% Bacchus, 8% Pinot Gris, 2% Pinot Blanc
This is a ripe and fruit-driven white made from Madeleine Angevine. The nose is dominated with white peach pear, yellow apple and lemon thyme. The palate is fruity and rounded with a subtle touch of spice on the finish. This easy-drinking wine truly expresses the unique South Devon climate with every sip.
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small proportion having French oak contact before being carefully blended. This is Sharpham’s largest production wine of about 20,000 bottles per year.
