Tasting Notes: Bright pink in colour, with intense aromas of blackcurrant, wild strawberries and spices which are typical of the grape variety, Hondarrabi Beltza, and a citrus, herbaceous background. A fresh palate of red fruit with a crisp acidity and delightful intensity.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with oysters, lobster and creamy tangy cheeses, like Brie style cheeses & goats cheese.
