Brewed and bottled in Boo Chi’s purpose built micro Kombucha brewery in the heart of the Devon countryside.
Kombucha is a fermented tea. It is a delicious, slightly efferescent soft drink that is low in sugar and naturally contains probiotics and healthy organic acids. The modern mixer, full of goodness and low in calories;
serve it neat, add some garnish or mix up with alc or no alc.

Ingredients:
Water, green tea, sugar, kombucha starter, tumeric, black pepper, SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast), organic ingredients.
Mockail / Cocktail idea:
Turmeric Fizz
Ingredients
- 300ml Boo Chi – Turmeric to Brighten
- 50ml Gin (we would recommend spiced Ophir)
- Slice of orange and ginger to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass or other large cocktail glass with crushed ice
- Pour the spiced gin and also the kombucha directly into the glass and stir
- Garnish with orange
For a non alc alternative remove all suggested alcohol.
