TNT IPA
This American-style IPA is from Dynamite Valley Brewing, tucked away in Dynamite Valley, under Ponsanooth’s viaduct. They are an award-winning brewery in its eighth year of brewing, they supply the Eden Project and Duchy of Cornwall nurseries. They are proud about producing real ale crafted in Cornwall, and this can be seen throughout their range of ales!
The TNT IPA has hop and pine notes on the nose, with a light hue and a peach and grapefruit taste. Pairs wonderfully with a slice of caramel apple tart.
