Uncommonly complex and memorable in character. Created by Alex Thomas, one of the few female master blenders in the industry. Using only unpeated Irish malted barley for a pure malt flavour.
Aged in Oloroso sherry cask from Jerez, Spain, this whiskey is smooth with notes of dried fruit, honeycomb and nuts.
