Smith Hayne is a small batch producer in mid-Devon run by Will & Anna. This is a medium, fine sparkling cider made in Devon using the Pétillant naturel (Pet Nat) method. A zesty and refreshing cider with a fine texture, delicious as an aperitif or with food. Made with a blend of apples (Tremletts Bitter 27% Yarlington Mill 22% Dabinett 22% Browns 20% Michelin 4.5% Fillabarrel 4% Sweet Coppin 0.5%), all handpicked from unsprayed orchards on the Smith Hayne farm.
