Crafted in the warm, dry vineyards of La Mancha, this Albariño is biodynamically farmed at elevations exceeding 800 metres, where cooler nights help preserve the grape’s naturally bright acidity. Fermented with wild yeasts and matured in stainless-steel tanks, the wine retains its fresh, expressive character. The nose reveals vibrant citrus, tropical fruit and delicate wildflower aromas, while the palate is beautifully textured, combining crisp apple, lemon and melon with lively acidity. Fresh, balanced and elegant, it finishes with a long, harmonious fruit-driven flourish.
