Ginger Switchel is inspired by an old American recipe, enjoyed for generations by everyone from farmers to senators alike for its invigorating and uplifting effects. During the temperance movement, it made a great non-alcoholic cocktail with a bit of a bite and a warming finish, but there are stories of it also being blended with dark rum (which is also delicious!).
Simply dilute 1 part Ginger Switchel with 4 parts soda water to make a delicious and refreshing spritz. Add a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary for the perfect serve.
