Tasting Notes: Mesmerizing aromatics of white blossom, honeysuckle and mediterranean herbs found in abundance on the nose. An interesting palate full of ripe peach, candied orange peel, hints of subtle mango with a savoury saline note on the finish, beautifully balanced with a crisp acidity that stands up to the fruit intensity.
Producer: Born from a partnership between Cantina Orsogna cooperative and BioGaia, a biodynamic Sicilian farmer collective. LunaGaia labels are a visual homage to L`Opera dei Pupi Siciliana (the Sicilian Puppet Opera), a Sicilian storytelling tradition & UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The wines tell the story of the Italian Epic poem “Orlando Furioso” by Ludovico Ariosto.
