Award winning Spiced Rum from Lyme Bay Winery in Devon. Aged rums from Guyana and Trinidad are blended with spices such as cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and nutmeg. Maturation in charred oak bourbon barrels give extra smoothness to the finished Rum.
