Classic Lowland malt with a light weight and grassy notes. A nutty aroma followed by notes of honey, stewed fruits and dessert wine with a medium length, dry finish.
The spirit vapour is cooled using a single cast-iron worm tub rather than a modern condenser to give the whisky more character and depth.
