El Massaya Authentic Arak from Lebanon made using the finest Obeidi grapes and organic aniseed. Triple distilled over vine wood embers in traditional Moorish lid copper stills. Matured for 2 years in ancient clay amphora, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
To serve, mix with water like Turkish Raki (the producer suggests 2:1, or 6:1 for a longer refreshing aperitif) and add ice.
