Description
Côtes du Rhône Blanc
Region: Côtes du Rhône, France
Grape: 70% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 5% Viognier, 5% Roussanne
Tasting Notes: A rounded, expressive white from four southern Rhône grape varieties. A bright pale wine with green reflections, with notes of citrus and white flesh fruit notes, on the palate there are fruity notes of peach and apricto that linger with mineral and acidic notes.
Food Pairing: Perfect for seafood and fish dishes.
The 2023 vintage, despite a dry winter, witnessed the vines beginning their cycle. A rainy spring energized growth, especially for the Grenache. Summer heat exceeding 40°C affected yields, but the grape quality remains excellent, resulting in aromatic whites, with a vibrant character.
Situated on the right bank of the Rhône, Maison Sinnae grew up on the plateau dominating the villages of Laudun and Chusclan. It was there that the Romans began to spread the culture of vines and wine over two thousand years ago: at Caesar’s Camp. Like an echo of the passionate love that the Emperor felt for his very first wife Cornelia Sinnae, our Maison of producers continues, generation after generation, to write History with passion and humility. Proud of their Heritage, our 140 associated winegrowers perpetuate the desire to place the Maison at the centre of an efficient, collective project, in harmony with its era and its environment.
