Made in the same method as normal wine but with the alcohol extracted in an innovative way to retain the classic characters of the wine. It is pale yellow in colour, with a bright floral nose and citrus character. On the palate the fruit is fresh and juicy with notes of lemon and clementine with juicy apples balanced with a crisp acidity.
