Casamigos – A small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
Everything about the production process is designed to maximize the flavour, with no corner cutting to save time: The Blue Weber agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours (shockingly some others steam theirs for just 7 hours). The unique flavour is further enhanced by an 80 hour slow fermentation process using a special yeast blend, this slow fermentation is nearly twice as long as the average for Tequila and results in a consistent, flavoursome but refined flavour. The Blanco rests for 2 months before bottling.
A crisp and clean Tequila with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, and a long smooth finish.
The Casamigos brand was created by businessman Rande Gerber and international film-star George Clooney.
