Grape: 85% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes: Ruby in colour with bright violet hues. Sweet aromas of dark plum and blackcurrant, which follow through on the palate with hints of balsamic and toast from 12 months in French oak, as well as a hint of truffle and cassis. It is well structured with velvety rich tannins and a silky finish balanced with fresh acidity.
Food Pairing: Fantastic with steak or tomato-based dishes.
