Canaïma Gin

Description

Canaïma Gin hails from South America, more specifically from the Amazon rainforest.

A careful production process where each botanical is treated and distilled separately in small batches, then blended together to create a gin with an exotic taste profile.

An exotic mixture of ten Amazonian botanicals, including açaí berries, uve de palma (red fruit harvested from a palm tree), copuazu (related to the cacao tree) and merey fruit (also known as a cashew). The Amazonian botanicals are sustainably sourced to limit the enviromental impacts and handpicked in the rainforest in collaboration with local indigenous tribes. 

10% of the profit from each bottle is donated towards reforestation of the Amazon as well as preserving the culture and heritage of the indigenous people.

Tangy, fruity, tropical notes of passion fruit and citrus aromas of grapefruit, with a herbaceous backdrop, black pepper warmth and an earthy, grassy undertone.
