Tasting Notes: Bursting with fresh red fruits like strawberry and cherry, with floral aromas of violet and rose. This wine has the perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and sweetness. A very unctuous wine with lush texture, fulfilling your palate.
Food Pairing: Seafood and pork dishes.
This dry rosé is a pink color, also called onion skin due to its maceration with the skins. The aromas are a remarkable intensity with good freshness of strawberry, raspberry & cherry with notes of violet & rose florals. The palate is full yet elegant, a fine balance between acidity, sweetness & refreshing with a lush texture.
Bobal Organic Rosé is deep in colour due to the skin of the Bobal grapes, it spends 7-8 months in concrete on its own lees after fermentation for a fuller feel and more intense flavours and aromas.
Made from the selection of the best bunches of the Bobal variety, from their old vines, cultivated between the valleys of the Júcar River and the Cabriel River. Harvest is made by hand in boxes with controlled, cold fermentation to obtain the maximum extraction of colour, aromas and natural tannins of the variety.
