Produced from organic fruit grown at the small estate, Grande Courtade (meaning `large sunny courtyard`) near Beziers in the Languedoc. The cellars and winery buildings surround an attractive 16th century country house and an imposing, stone pigeon tower, depicted on the bottle.
Delicate salmon pink rosé made by the `saignée` method of bleeding the fermenting juice from the skins, to preserve the fruit flavours and aromas. It is dry with a perfumed bouquet of vibrant summer fruits on the palate and a refreshing and crisp acidity.
