No.3 Yarlington Mill Cyder 2021

Description

The 2020 vintage Yarlington Mill, unsprayed apples were carefully harvested from the grass from an old Showering’s orchard in Galhampton, just a couple of miles from The Newt Cellar. The apples fell from the tree over a period of 2 to 3 weeks – fully ripe and ready to press.

The cyder is fermented to sweet and has aromas of baked apple and gooseberry. A rich, tannic cyder with bright fruit at the start with an astringent finish.
