Tasting Notes: A beautiful pale gold in colour, this Viognier is highly aromatic with perfumed, floral aromas on the nose. The palate is full of white blossom, magnolia and peach flavours, balanced perfectly with a refreshing, citric acidity. The balance of aromatic notes with the acidity leaves a clean and floral impression in the mouth.

Food Pairing: Perfect with thai curries, and dishes with ginger or lightly spiced.

The high altitude, great plain of La Mancha, to the south of Madrid and east of Toledo, represents the largest viticultural area of Spain. The climate is arid, extreme in both summer and winter, tempered by strong prevailing winds. 

Dominio de Punctum is situated in the town of Las Pedroneras at the north end of La Mancha. It was founded in 2005 and run by the Fernandez family, the estate currently includes over 150 hectares of vineyards. The winery is located adjacent to the vineyards allowing to keep the maximum quality in the production of the whites, reds, young and aged wines. Since the beginning they have focused on organic and biodynamic production.
