FFC Ramen Noodles are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a small amount of Kansui – the essential traditional Japanese ingredient for Ramen Noodles. The result is a medium – dark noodle with a warm, wheaty and slightly nutty flavour.
Ingredients: Organic wheat, water kansui (80% potassium carbonate & 20% sodium bicarbonate).
Allergens: wheat/may contain milk.
