This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured in a trio of casks; bourbon, Oloroso sherry and American virgin oak.
Using lightly peated Scottish barley, Tomatin Distillery have created a subtly smoky and suprisingly sweet spirit. Expect notes of honey, coconut, milk chocolate, treacle, coffee, paprika, citrus, pears, orange peel, pecan pie and cinnamon. A true complexity.
