Whole bunches are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with the must for added texture. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle without the addition of sugar and yeasts.
Salmon pink in colour with aromas of strawberry & nectarine. Lightly sparkling with notes of red berries, ripe peach & pear.
