Quirky South African version of an unsual Swiss white wine. This is mostly Merlot, but white.
The Merlot grapes are hand harvested from Devon Valley, overlooking False Bay in South Africa. The nose is delicate with rose petals, giving way to white peach and quince on the palate. Flinty and a great talking point!
