“Le Berry Red – a sumptuous blend of Merlot (70%); Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Petit Verdot (15%). After meticulous bunch and berry sorting, individual cultivars are vinified separately with fermentation taking place with natural (native) yeasts in stainless tanks.
Thereafter the individual component lots are matured in a selection of French oak barriques for up to two years. Once the individual components have been blended, the wine is lightly filtered prior bottling.”
